Personal data

Data controller: EKINO (registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 509 512 760), having its registered office at 157 rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois Perret.

Purposes: Your data is used for the purposes of processing, managing and monitoring your spontaneous application as part of our recruitment processes, including in particular the receipt and study of applications, the evaluation and selection of applications and professional profiles, in particular by means of the creation of a candidate file (or CV database). Furthermore it is also used for methods and techniques of recruitment assistance, the invitation of candidates and the carrying out of recruitment interviews, as well as the resulting decision (rejection of the application or recruitment of the candidate).

Mandatory or optional nature of the collection of your data: Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Failure to provide mandatory data may result in your application not being processed or its processing being delayed. 

Recipients: Your data thus communicated is intended for staff members authorised to have knowledge of it for the aforementioned purposes within EKINO, and possibly within other entities of the HAVAS/VIVENDI group of which we form a part and some of which may be located outside of the European Union. Legal basis: Such processing is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests in the search for and recruitment of possible new employees. 

Retention period: Your personal data is kept for the time necessary to process your application.

If your application is unsuccessful:

  1. If we wish to retain your application data so that we can contact you again when a position that matches your profile becomes available, we will inform you of this and keep the data in an active database for a period of two years after our last contact. 
  2. If we do not wish to keep the data of your application, we will keep your data for three months from the email that will be sent to you by EKINO indicating that your application is not accepted and is not kept in our candidate base.

At the end of this retention period in an active database, we will keep your data in an intermediate archiving database for a total period of six (6) years from our last contact, in order to take into account the applicable rules and limitation periods.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to limit the processing of your data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can also send us instructions relating to the fate of your personal data and the way in which you wish your rights to be exercised after your death. You can exercise these rights, under the conditions and according to the terms and limits provided for by the provisions applicable to the protection of personal data, by simple request to our Data Protection Officer by email at the following address: dpo@ekino.com or by post at the following address: EKINO, DPO, 157 rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois Perret. If you feel, after contacting us, that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority or CNIL (cnil.fr).
