Technical Project Manager (Exp./Senior)
Job description
Manage software development projects including but not limited to planning, budgeting, resource management and quality management.
Define and control project scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring that impacts on budget, timeline, resources, and quality are assessed and agreed with stakeholders.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate priorities and trade-offs, and obtain timely decisions when constraints affect delivery commitments.
Facilitate technical discussions and trade-off decisions with architects and engineering leads, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
Organize and follow the project team regarding their assigned project tasks, to achieve the quality and delivery goal.
Produce project reports for clients and relevant managers, ensure good visibility on project progression.
Provide guidance and performance evaluation to project members.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
From 4 years of experience in web projects and multi-projects management.
Possess knowledge of software development process (Waterfall/ Agile) and project management.
Strong experience in planification, task breakdown, reporting, estimation, Gantt diagrams.
Experienced in writing functional specifications with UML/Flow diagrams, describing UI and business rules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives.
High sense of organization and responsibility.
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills, people development and motivation.
Being able to communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients.
