Technical Presales Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing end-to-end pre-sales support, combining technical fluency in digital transformation solutions with in-depth understanding of the company’s services and IT industry to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform insightful discussion and deep analysis to uncover client needs and business requirements.

  • Translate complex business challenges into practical and actionable solutions that meet high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Head, Technical Manager, and Solution Architect to engineer high-impact, tailored proposals.

  • Deliver clear and convincing presentation, aligned with client objectives and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with Partnership team to provide technical insights and effectively negotiate client requests.

  • Provide feedback in response to client inquiries.

  • Support the gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical consulting, IT project management or as a pre-sales engineer.

  • Strong understanding of digital solutions with a proven ability to assist in the design of solution architectures.

  • Good decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to adapt tone, ensure clarity, and engage effectively with clients.

  • Proficient in presentation with a client-oriented mindset.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
